ECAT Registration

University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Lahore announces the registration schedule of combined entry test ECAT for the registration of BSc Engineering Programs 2021. UET Combined Entry Test will be held from 05th July to 08th July 2021 in the assigned Virtual University Centers at the allotted time.

ECAT Entry test registration will start from April 12, 2021, and students can apply for the registration of ECAT test till June 27, 2021. June 27, 2021, is the last date for registration of ECAT test and students will not be able to apply for registration of ECAT test after this date.

A 15 minutes orientation session for familiarizing candidates on attempting computer-based test will be held Insha Allah, on 02 July 2021 and 03July 2021 in the assigned Virtual University Centers at the allotted time.

ECAT Test Eligibility Criteria

There is no restriction on appearing in the Entry Test. However, appearance in the Entry Test does not confer the right to apply for admission in the Engineering and Engineering Technology institutions of Punjab.

How to Get ECAT Test Token Number

The students can get entry test token number by following two methods.

Token number can be acquired from Entry Test Tokens available in the form of scratch cards from designated HBL branches on payment of RS 1300/- from 12th April 2021 until 27th June 2021.
Token number can also be acquired online by payment of online challan worth RS 1300/- through HBL Konnect or HBL online banking from 12th April 2021 until 27th June 2021 on the official website of UET Lahore (admission.uet.edu.pk)

It is necessary for students to buy token number to apply for the ECAT test. The Entry test token number can be obtained from the following designated branches of HBL till 27 June 2021.

How to Apply for ECAT Test

Before applying for the UET ECAT test students will have to get a UET Entry test token number. After getting entry test token number students can apply for ECAT test by visiting the official website of UET Lahore (admission.uet.edu.pk). On the official website, students will have to click on the get admin card button and will have to enter their serial number and token number which they have bought for entry test.

After putting serial number and token number students will be able to login into admission portal where they will have to fill admission form. After filling the admission form students will be able to print their admit card. The last date of filling the admission form and generation of admit card is 27 June 2021. Reprint of Admit Cards is permitted until the day of the test.
