Because of the country’s unpredictable political environment, Punjab University has decided to postpone examinations for all of its departments, institutes, and centers.

Dr. Niaz Ahmed Akhtar, the university’s vice chancellor, said on Twitter that all examinations scheduled for Wednesday, May 25th, have been postponed. Later, a revised exam schedule will be released.

A number of universities in Punjab and Islamabad have closed campuses, postponed exams, and converted to an online style of study due to the current political situation.

Punjab University Postpone All Exams on 25 May 2022

Many precautions have been announced by Bahria University, National University of Science and Technology (NUST), Air University, Lahore College for Women University, and Allama Iqbal Open University to ensure the safety of students and employees.

The matric yearly exams have been postponed by the Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE) and the Rawalpindi Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (RBISE).

The exam scheduled for May 25 has been postponed by BISERWP, and the exams set for May 25 and 26 have been postponed by FBISE. The updated exam schedules will be announced by both boards in due time.
